Full Rosters was founded by Jeff Dirkin, a former pro-athlete turned youth basketball coach. Jeff spent years coaching thousands of kids with Breakaway Basketball. He also ran their digital marketing, consistently adding new families to their rosters. We know how much goes into giving kids a great experience in your youth program.
